Quantification of Performance Requirements

Develop measurable Performance Requirements and/or additional verification methods for the BCA

This project seeks to address concerns that qualitative Performance Requirements lack clarity on what is intended and makes the task of judging compliance of Alternative Solutions difficult. Where possible, it is intended to develop measurable Performance Requirements and/or Verification Methods to overcome these concerns, whilst maintaining the benefits of a performance-based code in accommodating flexibility and innovation.
